Membership
The TMS PTSA supports the needs of both students and teachers by fundraising for teacher grants, coordinating volunteers for events, conducting school community building programs like the Reflections Art contest, offering parent education opportunities and much, much more. It is through the strength of our membership that the TMS PTSA is able to help build a stronger, better and more inclusive Timbercrest community.
Why Join?
Join the TMS PTSA for your child because increasing our membership, even by one member, makes it possible to provide important educational resources, speak up on important issues affecting our children and school, and your membership helps create a stronger school community.
We invite you to join because we can do more together!
Does membership mean I need to donate, attend meetings or volunteer?
TMS PTSA members are NOT required to attend meetings, volunteer their time, or donate money. Our annual fundraising campaign encourages PTSA members as well as TMS families to make a one-time financial donation each fall.
We understand that not every family can contribute financially and participation is always voluntary and never required. Your PTSA membership alone is appreciated and welcomed.
We invite all members to attend PTSA meetings and we hope that you choose to donate and/or volunteer your time as it fits with your life.
Thank you!
What does a PTSA membership mean?
As a PTSA member, you have a voice and a vote in the PTSA. Members are encouraged to contribute to discussions on topics and issues that are important to them and every year members are invited to participate in the budget process, helping guide the direction of the TMS PTSA.
